WATCHING ME,WATCHING YOU, WATCHING THEM.....👀

LIFE CAN BE HARD. LIFE ISN'T FAIR. The Real Life of Brian. WATCHING ME,WATCHING YOU, WATCHING THEM.....👀 Why do people watch? Why are we so interested or intrigued? Why does nobody speak on the tube in London? 💭💭💭🤔🤔 It's quite surreal when you see for yourself how the London Underground is absolutely chocka with people.. but for some reason nobody speaks, people have headphones 🎧 on or a gadget of sorts. Everything is communicated through gestures and eye contact. Being interested or intrigued is just human nature and I just think it's a natural reaction and curiosity. So the underground stations are extremely busy but bizarrely not that noisy. That's the sound of the underground..... THIS VIDEO LITERALLY HAD ME IN TEARS. ITS EPIC AND EMPOWERING....... ITS GOING TO TAKE YOU THERE... A BETTER PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!

There's some body at the door 🚪

Today I want to talk about Neuro linguistic selection. N.L.P is its official terminology which means Neuro Linguistic Programming.. Essentially you can have to access your unconscious part of your brain and bring it to your consciousness and try to amalgamate the two parts and the process can enable you to be able to have better coping methods and cognitive skills. To strip it back. I'm going to use the analogy of " there's somebody at the door 🚪 which is your unconscious brain and if you open the door 🚪 you can make a significant change in your linguistic perspective or basically you can use different language thoughts 💭 to make your brain feel different and then in time this should help with your mental health issues. I have just enrolled in this course so hopefully it will be a great tool to fix the many issues or significant issue of your mental health. I will say this. If you follow the Nordic Viking 9 principles you could say they were already creating a mindset, which you could possibly use this  as an analogy for positive mental health issues and relate it with HeadSpace or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which are proven and preferable  treatments at the moment.

Food for thought 💭??

I hope you all have had a good weekend . Today I want to talk about food and what you think 💭 What is your food heaven? Do you think 💭 food is over priced and sometimes overrated? Just because someone has rated it or put there name to it does it mean it's the fantastic thing that you're looking for? I think 💭 people sometimes make decisions by seeing what they are going to eat instead of trying or tasting. Are you defined by what you're going to eat? I'm going to review some different dishes this week and give you the feedback All suggestions would be appreciated.
