HELLO AGAIN, a quick update since this was originally posted and re-launched. I have achieved the accolade of having four pieces original of content accepted in four separate publications. I have also been curated in three topics; mental health, addiction & adversity.

I have been blogging on medium.com I am gradually improving my stats week on a weekly wobbles.

I want to compile my mailing list of actual real people so they will subscribe to medium and my free for now blog on blogger.

I am sending you a message because your phone must be broken as you have ignored me since 6 pm yesterday.

Adsense keeps asking me if I want to participate but they want money off me. Which I don't get.

I want to use my medium.com and blogger.com followers as the core of my Newsletter idea on Substack publishing.

Or just really push for my Medium.com & Blogger.com creative spaces to make a steady flow of subscribers and push even harder on medium.com for a publication in one of the internal active spaces. I am also enrolled in the medium.com paid partnership scheme.

LIFE CAN BE HARD. LIFE ISN'T FAIR. The Real Life of Brian. WATCHING ME,WATCHING YOU, WATCHING THEM.....👀 Why do people watch? Why are we so interested or intrigued? Why does nobody speak on the tube in London? 💭💭💭🤔🤔 It's quite surreal when you see for yourself how the London Underground is absolutely chocka with people.. but for some reason nobody speaks, people have headphones 🎧 on or a gadget of sorts. Everything is communicated through gestures and eye contact. Being interested or intrigued is just human nature and I just think it's a natural reaction and curiosity. So the underground stations are extremely busy but bizarrely not that noisy. That's the sound of the underground..... THIS VIDEO LITERALLY HAD ME IN TEARS. ITS EPIC AND EMPOWERING....... ITS GOING TO TAKE YOU THERE... A BETTER PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!

I have severe anxiety and depression and everything about me that I've ever done eats away at me. I'm not going to just exist I want more from that. I think 💭 far more than I should about what people think 💭 I'm not going to be statistic anymore.

There's some body at the door 🚪

Today I want to talk about Neuro linguistic selection. N.L.P is its official terminology which means Neuro Linguistic Programming.. Essentially you can have to access your unconscious part of your brain and bring it to your consciousness and try to amalgamate the two parts and the process can enable you to be able to have better coping methods and cognitive skills. To strip it back. I'm going to use the analogy of " there's somebody at the door 🚪 which is your unconscious brain and if you open the door 🚪 you can make a significant change in your linguistic perspective or basically you can use different language thoughts 💭 to make your brain feel different and then in time this should help with your mental health issues. I have just enrolled in this course so hopefully it will be a great tool to fix the many issues or significant issue of your mental health. I will say this.
